Baguinda

The Baguinda variety, commonly known in Senegal as Bouko Diekhal, is issued from uncontrolled cross-breed species. It is slender and oval shaped with a light yellow flesh. Juicy, succulent and a bit fibrous, it is very appreciated by consumers.
